About us

RetailChina.pro is a closed B2B platform for buyers of retail chains, distributors, importers and private label owners who source FMCG products from China.
We help professional procurement teams track Chinese market trends, find vetted manufacturers, compare offers faster and build direct relationships with factories without intermediaries.

What problem we solve
Today, sourcing a supplier in China is often overly complicated: trade shows take place only a few times a year, searching through familiar platforms like Made‑in‑China, Alibaba, 1688, Taobao, Douyin or Pinduoduo takes a lot of time, and from the contacts you find it is not always clear who you are dealing with – a manufacturer, a distributor, an intermediary or a shell company.
On top of that, there are always questions about documentation, export readiness, labeling, EAC compliance, MOQ, packaging and real delivery terms, and mistakes at this stage inevitably lead to time loss, extra costs and import risks.

The platform’s mission
Our mission is to make sourcing from China for retail chains and distributors more transparent, manageable and professional.
RetailChina.pro takes over the initial supplier screening, brings all information into a single Russian‑language standard and helps you move quickly from chaotic search to targeted work with relevant factories.

How RetailChina.pro works
We build a single database of Chinese FMCG manufacturers and brands, all of whom are pre‑screened before being published on the platform:

  • Status check: manufacturer or officially authorized distributor with a factory mandate
  • Verification of registration data (business license etc.)
  • Screening against Chinese court and legal registries for the last 3 years
  • Reputation check (marketing footprint, review of campaigns and brand/legal entity reputation)
  • Confirmation of export permits and certifications

For every company we create a structured profile with key information: product categories, business model, MOQ, packaging, documents, export experience, contacts of decision‑makers and the 15 best‑selling products, each with a separate detailed product card. The full documentation pack is available for download in one click.
This allows the buyer to avoid spending weeks on basic supplier research and clarifications and immediately move to comparison, direct negotiations and commercial evaluation.

On our side, we will additionally search for suitable products if the brief is particularly specific and some manufacturers are not yet in our system at that moment.
